Terms of Service

Disclaimer: Rayvynne Fit Wellness will provide the best service possible, the client is responsible for any questions and is prepared for the meeting using the grant preparation questionnaire and with any additional questions, materials, or references. There are no guarantees that a resolution will be achieved in a single scheduled session.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All consultation fees are non-refundable. However, if a client contacts me 3 hours or more before our session, your session may be rescheduled for a later date at no additional cost. Rescheduled sessions must be used within 60 days of the original appointment.

Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule (more than 3 times within 3 months) may be subject to restrictions on future bookings or may forfeit the ability to reschedule.

There will be no refunds provided on scheduled meetings where clients are a no-show. The consultation window (using Zoom, or GoogleMeet) will be open during the client's scheduled time frame where the service provider, Rayvynne Fit Wellness, will be in attendance. If the client is a no-show or has not given 3-hour notice for re-scheduling or cancellation, then a refund for the session will not be granted.

The client is responsible for paying for another 45-minute consultation meeting if the initial meeting is missed. The consultation fee is solely based on the time for the meeting whether questions get answered or not.
